We only popped in on a Sunday as there wasn't too much else open in the area, but we are very glad we did! The staff fit us in as a walk-in family of 4 and let us know when the carvery queue was short. Between us all we had pork, beef and turkey of which the pork was a highlight. Two of our party had the chocolate fudge cake and said this was amazing! The staff were so helpful, friendly and personable too, a real credit to the establishment.

Great pub, clean, well presented, plenty of seating inside and out. Toilets immaculate. Landlord was very friendly. Great range of drinks as reasonable price. We didn’t eat there but if the cheesecakes on the bar were anything to go by, the food would be good as they looked delicious

5-star all round. Just needs some live music and I could be in Dublin. Good food, very hearty portions. 3 light bites is too many for most Men!
